Each one handmade by our owner, on high quality pre-stretch elastic with fresh water pearls. It is made to sit high and fit like a choker. It may fit looser on children depending on their age. Kids are 14in, Adults are 15in.
Please remove when using self tanner or coloring your hair, the elastic can be stained from dyes and will stain. Be mindful when wearing high neck dark clothing as well.
